Agitator Impellers:
Submersible slurry pumps provide agitator impellers along with main impellers. It pumps out the sludge deposited on the water bottom and improves the efficiency of the pump.
Wear-resistance Material:
The impeller and agitator impellers are made with high hardness high-chromium cast steel, which makes it extremely corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant.
Submerged Pump:
The pumps are submerged in water. It means the pump doesn’t have to put much effort into the suction. Maximum of energy will go towards throwing the sludge through the outlet. It increases efficiency and provides a high sludge suction rate and thorough desilting.
Simplified Design:
The overall design of submersible slurry pump is simple. It doesn’t need an auxiliary stirrer device or ejector device, which makes it highly durable and cost-efficient.
Mechanical sealed motor:
The motors of these high-performance pumps are protected by a mechanical seal that prevents high-pressure water and other impurities from entering inside the motor.
