Sand Gravel pumps are mainly used for continuous conveying of strong abrasive materials that cannot be conveyed by general slurry pumps due to too large particles. It is suitable for dredging, sucking gravel, dredging river channels, mining and metal smelting and blasting slag transportation.

So what are the precautions for the gravel pump in actual work?
1. Before use or after each month of use, please ask an electrician to check that the edge resistance is qualified and the line installation meets the requirements.
2. The leakage protector should be tested at least once a week, and if it fails during the test or use, it should be replaced in time.
3. When the mortar pump is started, the upper and lower processes should be contacted in time. The suction cylinder packing should not be too tight or too loose when tightening the screws.
4. It is forbidden to touch the mortar pump by hand or directly use the mortar pump wire to pull, pull, and hoist its body when the power is turned on, so as to prevent the wire head from loosening and the metal casing being electrified.
5. Protective equipment must be worn when operating the mortar pump.
6. Follow the general safety procedures for electrical porcelain workers.
7. The mortar pump is used and managed by a special person, and the power supply must be cut off after get off work.
