Introduction of vertical slurry pump

The so-called vertical slurry pump refers to the relationship between the pump shaft position and the horizontal plane, which is divided into horizontal slurry pump and vertical slurry pump. When the pump shaft position is parallel to the horizontal plane, it is called horizontal slurry pump; when the pump shaft position is vertical to the horizontal plane, it is called vertical slurry pump. Because the general vertical slurry pump is used to pump slurry in the slurry pit, the pump head part should be placed below the liquid level, so it is also called submerged slurry pump, but not all the whole parts are submerged in the water. If the motor and other non pump head parts are also put into the slurry, the pump is called submerged slurry pump.

The main types of vertical slurry pump are EVM, SP vertical slurry pump, and wo type is submersible slurry pump.

It is characterized by overflow parts: this series of pumps are vertical slurry pumps, which work under immersion. The pump body is made of wear-resistant metal, and the impeller is made of wear-resistant metal or rubber, polyurethane and other materials. EVR pump immersed parts are lined with rubber, suitable for conveying corrosive slurry. Bearing assembly: the bearing is lubricated with grease. According to the liquid level of the slurry tank, different lengths of pump drive shaft or suction pipe can be selected. When the depth of pool water has a high requirement, a custom-made extension shaft can be used. Shaft seal (seal): it does not need any shaft seal and shaft seal water, and can work normally under the condition of insufficient suction Transmission mode: V-belt transmission and elastic coupling transmission. Overall performance: the pump operates under the best working condition with a variety of speeds and variants, with long service life and high operating efficiency, which can meet many kinds of harsh transportation conditions.

Application: vertical slurry pump is mainly used to transport corrosive, coarse particles and high concentration slurry. Widely used in metallurgy, mining, coal, power, building materials, environmental protection and other departments.
